On the edge of the forest, surrounded by the quiet beauty of nature beneath the Sciliar massif, lies a place that invites you to slow down: Villa Luna. Just a short walk from the village of Siusi allo Sciliar – the gateway to the Alpe di Siusi – this villa is the ideal retreat for those wishing to experience the magic of the South Tyrolean mountains in all their authenticity.

Since 1878, our family has passionately run the Hotel Luna Mondschein****S in Ortisei. In 1983, with the birth of the fourth generation, Villa Luna became part of our story – initially as a private refuge where we could recharge and reconnect with nature. Today, we’ve chosen to share this special place with those who, like us, seek the silence of the forest, the scent of blooming meadows, the light of the mountains – and the heartfelt warmth of a family-run home.

The Alpe di Siusi cable car, which departs directly from Siusi, is just a few minutes from the house, making the villa a perfect starting point for hikes, mountain adventures or winter sports. Villa Luna is more than just a holiday home – it’s a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and feel at home.

At the edge of the forest, where the ground is covered in a soft carpet of moss and the mountain air carries the scent of freshness, you'll find our holiday home in Siusi – a place where time seems to slow down. Here, you can breathe deeply, relax, and feel at home from the very first moment. Whether it’s a quiet walk through the greenery or a short hike, nature is always just a step away – without leaving the village behind.

Covering 115 m², the house welcomes you with well-maintained interiors, oak wood flooring, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen: electric hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, coffee machine, kettle, and many other useful utensils. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with two sofas, a dining table, satellite TV, and a fireplace for cooler days; the kitchen includes a second dining area and a guest WC. From the living room, you have direct access to the private garden, tastefully furnished with a lounge area and outdoor dining table – perfect for relaxing under the open sky.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, balcony, and satellite TV; one with two single beds; and one with a sofa bed, a large wardrobe, balcony, iron and ironing board. We provide bathrobes, slippers, and spare bed and bath linen for your comfort. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.

A private underground garage and an outdoor parking space are also available. And of course, WiFi is free throughout the house.
